Office Opinion: If You Could Only Buy One Item this Spring, What Would It Be?
Navigating the new season is never easy with runways full of endless new trends to try. Worry not—each month we’ll now be breaking down the season’s best with tips & tricks straight from the staff at our LA Design Studio. On a budget and trying to make the most of what you’ve already got? This month, our design team dishes on what single investment pieces they’ll be opting for this season to update their looks…
Question is: If you could buy only one item this spring, to update your look for the season, what would it be?!
“When spring season rolls around, all I want to do is be outside and feel the breeze in the air, so I often gravitate toward wispy items that don’t hug my body. This season, I’ve seen a lot of wide-leg trousers, which led me to the idea that chiffon or linen palazzo floor-length pants could be the perfect update to transition from fall/winter to spring/summer…They’re great paired with a tank messily tucked in, underneath a denim cropped jacket, or a nice button down and a blazer for the office. The possibilities are endless!”

“A SHOT OF NEON! Love this zingy pop of yellow to breathe new life into any wardrobe + it’s great worn back to black (my personal fave). It was done edgy and sweet in all-over lace at Christopher Kane this spring and Roksanda Ilincic’s resort line paired the color with another must-have for spring, the maxi skirt. Marc Jacobs mixed it with naturals in accessories, and we’ve got some great hot hues coming up at bebe as well. Stay tuned…”

“A pair of high-rise shorts. I love how I can dress them up for a night out with heels, tank and blazer, or dress them down for day with a shirt and sandals for a polished spring look.”

“If I could buy just one item this spring to update my look for the season, well, I couldn’t—there are just too many great things! I’m going to have to splurge on floral printed maxi skirts and dresses, natural color/wood flatform sandals (a.k.a. wedge platforms), and a panama hat to name a few!”

“A bandage corset, like SKU #176416 ($69). It’s just so versatile—you can easily take it from day to night. Pair it with a blazer for more conservative, yet sexy look for day. Then wear it with a pair of skinnys and high stilettos and you’re ready for a night out on the town. I feel great when I invest into things that can be multifunctional…the bandage corset is definitely an item to have this season.”

A new purse and wallet. Bebe of course!
I would buy BANDAGE DRESS. But this dress should be sexy yet simple, just like bandage corset sku# 176416.
The high-waist short is always an amazing piece for Arizona summers. You can dress them up with a button down or tee and dress them up with a silk tunic… Love them with flats or heels. I just adore the high-waist short!!!
The current trend show a ton of crochet looks this season. I personally love the high waist short paired with a stark white cami and the new bebe leather and crochet vest… hot hot hot!!! SKU 175077. GO NOW… RUN DON’T WALK to get it!!!
