Show-going may be Fashion Week’s calling card, but half the thrill comes before the catwalk—and by that we mean all the style spotting to be had as the front row arrives. (1) FUR SURE — Fashion meets function: We love that a simple fur vest or jacket can dress up an entire look and keep you from shivering as you make your entrance.

(2) BRIGHT ON — Forget the winter blues and make a statement by opting for an ultra bright hue that commands the spotlight.
